All-in-one applied behavior analysis software to run an ABA practice end to end: data collection, clinical records, scheduling with EVV, billing, operations, and AI — all on one record.
Frequently asked questions
What is applied behavior analysis software?
Applied behavior analysis software is the all-in-one platform an ABA practice uses to run care end to end: data collection, the clinical record, scheduling with EVV, billing and revenue cycle management, operations and reporting, and optionally AI. Wilma keeps every piece on one record.
What makes Wilma different?
Wilma is all-in-one ABA software done right, built by operators who actually ran ABA practices. The value is cohesion: data, clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, and operations on one record instead of a stack of disconnected tools. Agentic AI and a built-in phone are bonuses, not the headline.
Does it cover data collection and clinical documentation?
Yes. Clinicians collect trial-by-trial, frequency, duration, and interval data live, graphed in real time. Treatment plans, programs, authorizations, and notes live on the same record; notes can be drafted from the data (AI add-on) and the clinician signs. Progress is tracked against clinician-set mastery criteria. Wilma does not include VB-MAPP or ABLLS.
Does it handle scheduling, EVV, and billing?
Yes. One authorization-aware calendar covers in-clinic, in-home, and telehealth, with EVV built in. Signed notes feed claims on the same record, with pre-submission scrubbing (AI add-on). Credential-expiry tracking is included; Wilma does not perform insurance credentialing.
What about operations and payroll?
One dashboard shows utilization, authorization burn, billing health, and clinical progress. Wilma includes payroll tracking with exports for Gusto, ADP, and Paychex — it tracks hours and exports them rather than running payroll itself.
How much does it cost, and is it HIPAA compliant?
Core is $30/user/month; AI add-on +$20/user/month; phone +$10/user/month; flat per user. Wilma is HIPAA compliant: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, role-based access, full audit logging, and BAAs with every agreement.
