Is there a per-client fee?
No. Wilma is priced per user, so your cost doesn't balloon as your caseload grows. There are no per-client fees and no implementation fees.
What's included in the Core plan?
Scheduling, real-time data collection, session notes, billing and RCM with EDI clearinghouse, EVV, parent portal, BACB supervision tracking, credential-expiry tracking, and compliance — the full operational platform, not a stripped-down starter.
Do I need the AI or Phone add-on?
Core covers full operations. Add the AI add-on (+$20/user/month) for agentic note drafting and pre-submission claim scrubbing; add the Phone add-on (+$10/user/month) for a shared practice number with two-way SMS. Add either, both, or neither.
