For BCBAs and clinical directors
Clinical work that survives contact with the schedule.
Data collection, documentation, supervision and treatment fidelity on the same record — so the clinical decisions you make are based on what actually happened, not what someone remembered.
Thirty minutes, on your workflows — book a demo. The tech stack calculator needs no signup, and pricing is published.
If this is your caseload
- A program shows 90% correct and you cannot tell whether that is independent or full physical prompting.
- Data gets written on paper in a basement with no signal, then typed up hours later from memory.
- You discover a technician's supervision percentage fell short after the month closed, when it can no longer be fixed.
- Changing a target means editing a document, re-uploading it, and telling everyone in a group chat.
- Mastered targets quietly decay because nothing ever probes them again.
What actually changes
Prompt level is a field, not a note
Trial-level data carries prompt level as structured data you can graph against accuracy. Successful fading looks like accuracy holding while prompt intrusiveness drops — a pattern that is invisible on an accuracy-only chart.
Offline is the default assumption
In-home sessions happen where there is no signal. Data captured offline syncs when the device reconnects, so measurement is measurement rather than recollection.
Supervision is calculated, not logged
The requirement is a share of hours actually delivering services, recalculated monthly — so a technician picking up extra shifts raises their own requirement. You see the current month's position while the month is still open.
The note starts from the data
AI drafts the objective section from what was collected; the clinician reviews, edits and signs. Sign-off is never automated. AI note drafting is the paid AI add-on rather than core.
Ask to watch these in the demo
On your data, not a prepared demo account. If we cannot show it, treat it as a claim.
- A graph with a phase-change line, accuracy plotted against prompt level.
- An RBT running a duration measure and a frequency count without leaving the session screen.
- One technician's supervision percentage for the current month, today.
- A task analysis scored step by step, and the pattern of which steps fail.
See it on your programs, with your measurement systems.
$30 per user per month, published on the pricing page. No per-client fees.
